Before contacting us, please have a read through the frequently asked questions below to see if we've already answered your question:

If APC Overnight have sent you a delivery timeframe but the parcel did not arrive it is likely the driver unfortunately ran out of time or ran into an issue such as a vehicle breakdown. We only have access to the same tracking as you do, so it is best to call APC with your consignment number and postcode to find out when they plan to re-attempt delivery. This is usually the next working day.

If you have yet to receive a despatch confirmation from us or tracking information from the delivery company, it may be that we are busy. As we manufacturer the majority of our products fresh to order each day, during busy periods it may take us up to 4 working days to process your order. If it has been longer than 4 working days, then please contact us through the contact form or by calling us.
We only despatch complete orders, but depending on the size of the order we may package it into multiple boxes. You'll be able to see if your order was sent in multiple boxes as the shipping label will state the number of parcels in the consignment. The tracking on APC's website will also show the status of each parcel if there is more than one.

If the order was sent in multiple boxes and you've not received them all, it means there has been a delay in transit somewhere in APC's parcel network. As we only have access to the same tracking information as you, it is best to call APC Overnight with your consignment number and postcode to find out where the other parcel is and when they plan on delivering it.

If on the shipping label it states the consignment only contains one parcel and you are missing a product it may be that we packed the order incorrectly. Please give us a call or fill out the contact form with your order number so we can rectify this for you.
Order confirmation emails are sent automatically and are usually delivered to your inbox within a couple minutes of placing the order. If you have not received an email within 10 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.

If there is nothing in the spam folder then reach out to us using the contact form with your name and approximate order time and we'll confirm the order has been received.
Double check for any typos in your log in information, and make sure there are no accidental spaces before or after your email/password.

Sometimes our website doesn't like password managers that paste in your details automatically. Try typing in your email and password manually.

If you're unsure of your password, complete the password reset process. If you don't receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password it may have gone into your email spam folder or our email may have been blocked by your email provider by mistake. If that happens please contact us to manually reset your password.
