Does this product come with a warranty?
YES! The whole Ring-Pull Click range comes with a 5 year guarantee from the manufacturer with LifeTImeCareTM for replacement parts for life to keep your feeder looking like new. For replacement parts visit Jacobi Jayne Parts.
Is this product easy to clean?
Yes, simply twist off the base and unclip the ports to fully dismantle the feeder for easy emptying and cleaning. Rinse with warm soapy water to clean, allow to dry fully before reusing.
What food can I use with this product?
Suitable for use with niger seeds. Not suitable for use with any other seeds.

The Ring-Pull Click range is made using tough metal fittings on the lid, ports and base, and features a tough UV resistant polycarbonate tube.

Available with 2 ports, a capacity of 0.5 litres and a 180mm tube height, this feeder is perfect for feeding niger seeds to goldfinches. The small ports specifically designed for use with tiny niger seeds prevents waste while still allowing access to the seeds for the birds.
This feeder is compatible with our feeder tray, perfect for catching any spilt niger seed, and the RainAway guard to keep your seed dry!
Delivery:
Staying true to why we started Peckamix, we still make all our bird food to order in small batches and process it all by hand. This means your bird food is as fresh as possible and hasn't been sat in a warehouse for months. This does however mean we are unlikely to despatch your order same day as we need to make it for you! Please allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive.
Orders over £40 qualify for free delivery to most parts of the UK Mainland. Postcode exclusions apply, details can be found here.
For orders under £40 there is a £3.95 delivery charge.
Returns:
You have the right to return any unwanted goods up to a maximum period of 30 days after you receive the goods. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you are responsible for returning the goods at your own expense.
